One Year Project Budget

1. Collaboration Facilitation: $17,000.00

Project analysis and development.

Liaison between Coalition and National Forest.

Field trips to project sites.

Educational forums.

Regular Coalition meetings.

Committee meetings.

Ongoing outreach to community.

Public relations and media.

2. Collaboration Retreat/Workshop: $ 3,000.00

3. Multi-Party Monitoring: $ 7,000.00

Develop protocol.

Develop field methodology.

Organize team/committee. *Note:

4. Stewardship contracting development: $ 5,000.00

With Idaho Panhandle National Forest.

With regional organizations.

5. Project Administration and Reporting: $ 3,000.00

Total: $35,000.00

*Note: The application of the monitoring protocol is dependent upon the National Forest timing on the Blue Alder project. Pre-implementation GIS/photo sites may be set up but the performance monitoring of the project may not occur in this project grant period.
